The project involved the demolition of existing homes, the complete construction of 10 luxury condominiums, an underground parking garage, 4 separate elevators, sprinkler systems, complete interior fit ups of each unit, that all sold for well over $1 million each.
This development was the winner 2010 Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association Award of Excellence for Housing Projects & Condominiums.
