· Contributes to ensuring all projects they are involved with exceed JBPA’s standards for employee health and safety
· Handles assigned project administration duties including project setup, document control, and change order administration.
· Prepares progress and status reports for the Project Manager
· Support the Project Manager in preparing billing on a regular basis and in compliance with prompt payment timelines.
· Performs the administration of change management, ensuring compliance with project control processes and system requirements
· Responsible to ensure all information and supporting documents for contracts, billing, change orders, subcontracts and payment notifications are up to date.
· Processes and issues change orders as directed by the Project Manager in compliance with financial control policies.
- Recently complete diploma in Architectural Technician, Construction Engineering, or similar programs
- Familiarity with ProCore
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam or similar software
